From Rockland County:

Option #1 
Take I-287/Cross Westchester Expressway going East. Get off at exit #6. At the light make a left turn, this street is North Broadway or Route 22. Go straight for about 8 lights. There you will see a sign that says Bronx River Parkway-Taconic and Armonk, keep on Route 22. At the next light make a left (West Lake Drive), go all the way to the end of the road and make a right. This is Columbus Avenue. You will pass a blinking light (Fire Department) and at the next light make a right (Stevens Avenue.) then an immediate left and you will be at Diamond Corporate Park. Please enter the main building (with the flag pole in front) and Critical Illness Benefit Group is the third door from the right.

Option #2
Take I-287 going East. Take exit #1 (Saw Mill Parkway North). Take the Saw Mill Parkway to exit #23 (Eastview). At the light make a right. This will be Route 100 or become Grasslands Road. Keep Straight. You will pass Westchester County Medical Center to your left. Cross the Sprain Parkway. Immediately after crossing the Sprain Parkway you will come to a light (100A). Make a left. About 1/3 of a mile you will see a monument company on the right. Bear right onto Lakeview Avenue. Go all the way down to the end and make a left onto Columbus Avenue. Go straight and look for a blinking light (Fire Department). Make a right at the next light (Stevens Avenue) and an immediate left into Diamond Corporate Park. Please enter the main building (with the flag pole in front). Critical Illness Benefit Group is the third door from the right.

Option #3
Take I-87 South (New York State Thruway) across the Tappan Zee Bridge. Get off at exit 8 for I-287 East (Cross Westchester Expressway). From I-287 get off at exit 1 (the very first exit) for the Saw Mill Parkway North and Rt. 119. Stay to the left on the exit ramp and get on the Saw Mill Parkway North. Take the Saw Mill Parkway to exit 27 (Marble Ave., Thornwood). At the light make a right. This is Marble Ave. and will become Columbus Ave. Go straight. At the 8th traffic light (Stevens Ave.) make a left. Go straight through the light at the top of the hill and make a left into the first driveway. This is Diamond Corporate Park. Please enter the main building (with the flag pole in front). Critical Illness Benefit Group is the third door from the right.

From Connecticut or Hutchinson River Parkway:

Take I-287 (Cross Westchester Expressway) going West. Get off at exit #7 (Taconic Parkway). Go straight on Route 22. After the second light go up the hill and make a left at the light onto West Lake Drive. Go all the way down the road to the end and make a right at Columbus Avenue. Pass the blinking light (Fire Department). At the next light (Stevens Avenue) make a right and an immediate left and you are at Diamond Corporate Park. From New York City:

Option #1
If you take the FDR, get onto I-87 (Major Deegan) going North to exit 8 (1-287/Cross Westchester Expressway East). Get off at exit #6 for North White Plains. See Option #1 from Rockland.

Option #2
If you take the West Side Highway, continue North to the Saw Mill River Parkway. See Option #2 from Rockland County.

From Long Island:

Take the Whitestone or Throgss Neck Bridge. Get onto the Hutchinson Parkway going North, then take to I-287 (Cross Westchester Expressway) going West. Continue following from Connecticut or Hutchinson Parkway.

From Manhattan:

FDR Drive North to Willis/Third Avenue Bridge. Get onto I-87 (Major Deegan) North (Odometer start 0 miles). Get off I-87 at exit #5, Central Park Avenue (Odometer 10.2 miles). Follow sign to Route 100 North. Get into left lane on 100 North. At the second light take a left onto the Sprain Brook Parkway North (Odometer 11.3 miles). Take the Sprain Brook Parkway North past I-287 to the Eastview, Route 100 South exit (Odometer 20.6 miles). Take a right at the top of the exit ramp. Go straight through the traffic light, past a cemetery and talke a left onto Legion Drive (Odometer 22.0 miles). Legion Drive will dead end into Colombus Avenue in front of the Fire Station (Odometer 22.5 miles). Take a left onto Columbus Avenue until you reach Stevens Avenue (Odometer 24.1 miles). Take a right onto Stevens Avenue and then take an immediate left into the parking lot. Please enter the main building (with the flag pole in front). Critical Illness Benefit Group is the third door from the right.

From The North:

Take the Saw Mill Parkway South to exit #27 (Marble Avenue). After exiting take a right and go under the underpass. This is Marble Avenue. Marble Avenue will turn into Columbus Avenue. After passing Sutton Park and The Summit office parks, you will come to a light at Stevens Avenue. Make a left and go through the light on the other side of Columbus Avenue and when you come to the first driveway on the left, turn in. This is Diamond Corporate Park. Please enter the main building (with the flag pole in front). Critical Illness Benefit Group is the third door from the right.
